By booking a service, attending a session, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Canine Wellbeing Consulting provides professional consulting, training, and wellbeing programs that support the integration of therapy and wellbeing dogs in educational and organisational settings.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made online or via direct communication with our team.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices for schools or organisations must be paid within the stated payment terms on the invoice (usually 14 days).
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking or future services being withheld until payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

In summary:

Full refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No refunds apply for “no shows”.

Rescheduling is permitted once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and effective experience:

Clients must provide accurate information relevant to the program or consulting session.

For school-based programs, the presence and supervision of designated staff are required during all sessions.

Clients are responsible for the welfare and management of their own dogs during training or demonstrations, unless otherwise arranged.
We reserve the right to end a session early if a dog or participant’s behaviour compromises safety or wellbeing.
5. Safety & Wellbeing
The wellbeing of all participants and animals is our highest priority.
By participating in a Canine Wellbeing Consulting program, you acknowledge that interaction with dogs involves some inherent risks.
All participants must follow the trainer or facilitator’s directions at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials, resources, and content provided by Canine Wellbeing Consulting remain the intellectual property of the business.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written permission.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
We take your confidentiality seriously and only collect information necessary to deliver our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safety and accuracy in all programs and advice, Canine Wellbeing Consulting accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in our services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate insurance coverage if required by their organisation.
