Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Canine Wellbeing Consulting, we understand that plans sometimes change.

 

To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate all clients, we’ve set the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

​

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or workshop are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no cost.

​

• Partial Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, with the remaining 50% refunded.

​

• No Show: If you do not attend your scheduled booking without notice or cancel upon arrival, no refund will be issued.

​

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

How to Request a Refund:

 

Please email caninewellbeingconsulting@gmail.com with your booking details. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
